Dr. Paul Small
Dr. Paul Smail is originally from Madison, Wisconsin. He moved to Atlanta in 2008. After receiving his undergraduate degree in Biology from Florida State University, Dr. Smail graduated with honors from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. Dr. Smail is well-versed in all aspects of small animal medicine but has special interests in dentistry, soft tissue surgery, and geriatric medicine. Dr. Smail is married to Dr. Nicole Smail, a pediatrician for PAMPA. They have two children, Gavin (19) who is a freshman in college and Sophia (15) who is a sophomore in high school. They have two dogs, Bowden a Labrador Retriever and Badger, a Golden Doodle. Dr. Smail enjoys watching sports, playing tennis, taking his dogs to the North Carolina mountains, and traveling with his family.
Mary
Mary graduated from Valdosta State University with her bachelors in biology with an emphasis in vet med. She has loved animals her whole life, but has worked professionally with them for the past 7 years. Mary and her husband have two dogs: a 7 year old German Shepherd mix named Cara and a 3 year old Belgian Malinois named Nya.
Johana
Johana was born in Mexico and moved to Atlanta, Ga when she was 5 years old. She worked in the medical field for 5 years as a medical assistant/ front office assistant until she realized that her passion was working with Animals, she is also in the process of obtaining her grooming certificate. Johana has two pets an Australian Shepherd named Eevee and a black and white cat named Nikko. Johana has been married for 12 years and has a 5-year-old daughter who loves the outdoors so her family is always out walking in the trails or at the park with their dog.
Daniel
Daniel was raised in Woodstock, Georgia and has always had a pet in his household. He has loved animals, especially dogs, ever since he can remember. Daniel typically visits friends to see their dogs more than his actual friends. He looks forward to expanding his knowledge of all types of animals. Daniel believes the best part of working with animals is the joy they bring him no matter how his day is going.
