That’s the joy we create every time your pup stays with us! Their stay can be a quick overnight or a week-long adventure; we always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and right at home. Before we roll out the red carpet (or, let’s be honest, the treat jar), here’s what you need to know about their stay!
Our Boarding & Daycare Service Options
Guests must be vaccinated against Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, and Influenza.
Those not on a flea-preventative product will receive Capstar upon arrival.
Your furry friend will enjoy their own personalized TV, cozy bedding, and plenty of toys and treats to keep them happy. With at least three bathroom breaks, free time in the play yard, and daily email updates (complete with a picture), you can relax knowing they’re in great hands.
A 20% discount is applied if you have additional pets staying in the same suite.
Drop-off time: After 3 pm
Pick-up time: Before 11 am or half-day boarding charges will be applied.
To keep your pet’s routine as familiar as possible, we recommend bringing their own food for their stay. If you do, please package each meal separately to avoid any mix-ups. However, if that’s not an option, no worries—we’re happy to provide food for them every morning and night.
Before your four-legged best friend joins the fun in our daycare group, we require a $25 evaluation to make sure they’re a good fit for the pack. This helps us get to know their personality, play style, and comfort level in a group setting. Once completed, they’ll be ready to enjoy safe, supervised playtime with furry friends, plenty of exercise, and lots of tail wags.
Want to treat your pet to something extra special during their stay? We offer fun add-ons like refreshing bottled water, tasty pupsicle treats, and stuffed Kong toys for an extra dose of tail-wagging happiness. For even more personalized care, you can schedule 15-minute sessions of pampering care, including one-on-one play, cuddle time with belly rubs, or relaxing brush-outs.

For a smooth experience, we recommend dropping off your pup during our designated check-in hours so they have plenty of time to settle in before bedtime. Check-out is just as easy—simply pick them up during our scheduled hours, and we’ll provide a full update on their stay.

Yes! While previous daycare experience isn’t required, we do recommend a short daycare visit before their first overnight stay. This helps them get familiar with our staff, facility, and routine, making their boarding experience more comfortable and stress-free.
We provide cozy bedding and plenty of toys, but bringing a few familiar items from home can help your pup feel more comfortable. Pack their regular food to maintain their diet, any medications they need, and a favorite blanket or toy for extra comfort. If your dog has special feeding or care instructions, just let us know!

Nope! Unless your dog prefers a crate for comfort, they’ll enjoy a spacious suite with cozy bedding. We prioritize open, comfortable spaces that allow dogs to relax and feel at home. If your pup enjoys a crate for security, just let us know, and we’ll make sure they have a familiar setup.
